Oversee white space fit-out and spatial planning (raised flooring, structural ceiling grids, data hall layout)
Coordinate MEP installation details (PDUs, busway, in-row cooling, precision close-control units)
Supervise structured cabling works (fibre/copper routing, cable trays, patch panels)
Manage procurement and long-lead logistics with tight delivery schedules
Enforce cleanroom / contamination control requirements prior to testing
Drive progressive testing (Level 1–5) and coordinate IST
Prepare as-built documentation, operation manuals and asset registers for handover
Ensure safety & security requirements (biometric access, CCTV zoning, containment barriers)
Coordinate fire detection and suppression systems (VESDA, gas-based clean agent)
Degree / Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Interior Architecture / Construction Management or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years relevant experience, including at least 3 years at managerial level
Proven experience in data centre solutions / SI projects / server hall fitting-out works
Experience in live data centres, cleanrooms or high-tech commercial fit-outs is an advantage
Strong understanding of airflow management, critical power loops, and containment partitioning
Post-qualification supervisory experience (at least 1 year) in Electrical / BS / Mechanical installations, with one of the following:
Registered Professional Engineer (ELL / BSS / MCL), or
Corporate Member of HKIE (ELL / BSS / MCL), or
Overseas engineering institution member with mutual recognition with HKIE (e.g. CIBSE, IMechE, IET)

Oversee occupational safety and health matters for foundation and construction works on site
Ensure compliance with relevant safety legislation, contractual requirements, and company safety policies
Implement and monitor the site Safety Management System
Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and accident/incident investigations
Support and monitor safe execution of foundation activities (e.g., piling, excavation, and lateral support works)
Organize and deliver safety training, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety-related matters
Prepare safety reports, audits, and other safety documentation
Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or Certificate of Construction Safety Supervisor (OSHC or CICTA preferred)
At least 2 years' relevant safety experience in E&M Engineering or public works projects is preferable
Familiar with Hong Kong construction safety regulations and safety management practices
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage)
Proficient in MS Office
Willing to work for shift or at night
Prepare and submit equipment and technical drawings
Oversee combined services drawings (CSD) and coordinate site activities
Develop method statements ahead of works, testing, and commissioning (T&C)
Collaborate with main contractors and consultants to support design reviews and submission processes
Assist the Project Manager in tendering and attend site meetings and coordination wor
Higher Diploma / Degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, or Building Services Engineering
1–3 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with BIM, MiC and MiMEP is an advantage
REW Grade B or Licensed Plumber is advantageous
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua

10+ years of wastewater project experience with treatment plant design for wastewater and water treatment and managing sub-contractor for on-site installation, testing & commissioning.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in wastewater/water treatment plants
Must have demonstrated experience with managing small to large-sized projects during the planning, design, and construction phases of wastewater, stormwater, and water treatment projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team.
